Shelby oversees the performance of the accounting team to ensure financial information provided to key stakeholders is accurate and timely.

She began her career at Northland as an accountant in 2014 before becoming a manager in 2023.

Shelby is responsible for analyzing monthly financials, overseeing the annual budget process, ensuring audit and regulatory compliance, and establishing and improving accounting procedures.
