Maureen focuses on further developing relationships with customers, helping analyze their telecommunications needs, and providing them with exceptional service. She specializes in bringing value and connections to our customers and the communities we serve.

Upon graduating college, Maureen began her career at Northland in 1996. She has served in her role as Vice President since 2016 and, in 2022, added the responsibility of leading the company’s relationship management team.

Enjoys:

Skiing, sailing, traveling, cooking, live music and spending time with family and friends

Favorite local spot:

I have a few! Pastabilities is always a favorite for my family. Laci’s Tapas Bar is also another favorite and they are reopening this summer!

Favorite piece of technology:

Honestly, it is our MaX UC tools. During the pandemic, we were able to work remotely very quickly whether it was a customer call, an internal meeting, or hosting a large video meeting. I continue to lean on these tools to allow me to take care of customers, be connected to team members, and be available to my family when I don’t need to be physically in the office

Special talents:

I really love music. I play the piano and can play by ear but can’t read music. I have also been told that I am good at connecting with people. I am really proud of the deep connections I have with friends going back to elementary school, college, Australia, Tip Hill, and friends made in the in CNY community

Favorite part of working at Northland:

Only one?!? I have to say it would be working with our Customer Relations Team. The focus of the Relations Team is to proactively build relationships with our customers by understanding their technology needs and helping map out future growth. With all the competition in our industry, our team delivers a customer experience that no other provider is able to. If I get a second, it would be being responsible for our Community Budget and working with our Good Neighbor Committee- top-notch local nonprofits.
