Northland Communications UCaaS + MVCC:

Northland created a custom approach for MVCC’s switch from a premise-based system to a hosted environment for 65 departments across their 2 campuses and 5 locations.
Northland installed 826 individual end points while running dual service in order to keep the old PBX working for a more efficient transition to the new platform.
Northland worked closely with MVCC throughout the entire project from the planning and programming, to the installations during breaks in college classes.
Northland offers extensive training options for our UCaaS solution, and in the case of MVCC, provided remote end-user training classes to train all users.
With Northland’s flexible UCaaS solution, MVCC gained features that help their employees communicate effortlessly and increase the efficiency of their operations.
