In addition, our FREE video training courses are divided into clear and concise lessons.  With these, you can learn what you need to use our products and services easily and efficiently.

Our Product Training Specialists are working diligently to add new video training courses regularly.  Recently added courses include:

EASY ATTENDANT: This phone attendant system lets you easily set up call menus for your customers.  Schedule Mode allows you to set different menus depending on the time of day, day of week, and holidays.

BUSINESS CLOUD FAX: Business Cloud Fax is a secure, reliable, cloud-based way to send and receive documents, eliminating the need for a physical fax machine.

INCOMING CALL MANAGER: Our ICM system allows you to manage incoming calls and handle them according to easily-defined rules.  You can quickly and efficiently route calls depending on call origin, time of day, day of week, and holidays.

MAX UC MOBILE: Our desktop Unified Communications client can now be used on the go!  You can now use your iOS or Android mobile device to make and receive work calls, send and receive chat messages, and more!

March 2024 Billing Annoucement 

Did you know we accept ACH payments?  It’s simple and will benefit both of us. Automatic ACH debit is now our preferred payment method.

ACH debit payments make use of your bank details which, unlike credit cards and debit cards, do not expire, or get lost or stolen. If you currently pay by check, you won’t have to remember to make future payments or worry about late payments. We’ll collect payment directly from your pre-agreed bank account on the 10th of each month.

You’ll continue to receive monthly statements the same way you do today.
