To enhance the security, reliability, and deliverability of SMS communications, the wireless industry has implemented new regulations for businesses and organizations that send text messages to their customers. These regulations aim to curb spam, fraud, and unwanted messaging, thereby improving the overall SMS experience.

As part of these new requirements, we are required to register and verify the numbers used to send SMS messages from our customers in a newly implemented national database, accessible to all mobile carriers nationally.
