Theresa oversees the strategy and direction of Northland’s People + Talent department, leading various programs such as training and development, recruitment, employee benefits, and policy development.
Jim is responsible for enhancing Northland’s sales + customer service experience to help create quality connections. In his role he aligns the customer relations, sales development, and account executive departments to balance consultation and implementation, empowering his team to recommend strategic unified communication opportunities and solutions.
Julie is responsible for leading and managing the service delivery teams, including Northland provisioning, project coordination, and installation teams. She focuses on maximizing the customer onboarding experience and benefits to end-users and internal customers.
Dave is responsible for managing the software development team which maintains Northland’s operational support systems.
Mark oversees the Network Operation Centers which are located in both Holland Patent and Syracuse, NY. He and his team are dedicated to having the highest level of customer support while also having highly technical engineers that can help resolve any service-impacting event.
John oversees marketing efforts that deliver services across analytics, automation, content, email, public relations, search, social & social listening, strategy, and web for Northland Communications.
Kaila is responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of all Team Members, which ultimately contributes to the continual development of high performing teams at Northland.
